Cancellation Requests
You may request cancellation before the next booked session by email or phone. Requests are reviewed in order of receipt.
Refund Eligibility
For prepaid services, unused sessions may be eligible for refund requests within 14 calendar days of payment, minus completed session value where applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed sessions and delivered customised planning documents are generally non-refundable.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method where technically available.
